Our Investment focuses exclusively on acquiring and expanding essential healthcare businesses in the DACH region, with a dedicated specialization in ambulatory care, dental practices, and residential care facilities.
Our platform acquisitions target healthcare businesses with €3M to €50M in annual revenue with stable structures and for add-ons we pursue acquiring companies with 900k to €10M in annual revenue that strengthen existing platforms through geographic expansion, specialization, or operational leverage.
In these transactions, we seek majority stakes, ideally 100% ownership.
We target companies with established structures and proven profitability, building on that foundation to bring them to the next level and create sustainable value. Each transaction is executed end-to-end: from sourcing, strategy and capital alignment to legal coordination and operational leadership.
Through our Head-Hunting department, we source and install top-tier Talent across management, finance and operations at new acquired companys. .
In parallel, we support external partners with professionals of headhunters by sourcing and placing high-caliber professionals in finance and real estate roles, from qualified accountants to property and asset managers.
